Our healthcare workers and nursing home staff give their all every day… But who takes care of the caregivers?

💡 This is the question that guided us at Listen Leon to create Unis.

A month ago, I shared my decision to take over Listen Leon, convinced that recognition could deeply transform the way we work, especially in France.

Since then, after about forty interviews with healthcare professionals, an idea has taken shape... and it truly drives me.

👉 We are launching Unis, a digital application for the healthcare sector. Its purpose:

To allow every patient and family to send messages of thanks to caregivers and healthcare staff.

To allow teams to read them easily, at any time.

In a daily life marked by pressure and exhaustion, receiving a message of recognition restores breath and meaning. What if we could, all together, contribute to this virtuous circle? 🌱

I don't claim to solve all the daily challenges caregivers face. But I believe that a word of recognition can sometimes change an entire day.
