This policy explains how we process your personal data when you visit listenleon.com or contact us. It covers the marketing website. Use of the Listen Leon platform by employees and organisations is governed by separate contractual documents.

The data we collect
The data you provide through our forms (demo request, contact): first name, last name, professional email address, phone number, organisation name and the content of your message.
Navigation data collected automatically via cookies and audience measurement tools: IP address, pages viewed, traffic source, device and browser type.

Why we use your data and on what basis
To respond to your requests and arrange a demonstration: performance of pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.
To send you commercial communications related to our activity (business-to-business prospecting): legitimate interest, with a right to object at any time.
To measure and improve the website audience: your consent, collected via the cookie banner for non-essential trackers.

Who has access to your data
Your data is intended for our team. We do not sell or rent your data. We use service providers (processors) who process it on our behalf:
HubSpot, for website hosting and our CRM.
Lemlist, for sending our prospecting emails.
Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Workspace), for audience measurement and our email service.

Transfers outside the European Union
Some of these providers are based in the United States. The corresponding data transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep your data
Prospect and contact data is kept for up to 3 years from our last exchange. Audience measurement cookies and their data are kept for a maximum of 13 months.
