Our team
A band of enthusiasts gathered in the south of France to put recognition back at the heart of work. A dream turned reality since 2018.
Benoit Grondin
Benoit Grondin is a committed entrepreneur. Convinced that recognition can transform work, he leads Listen Leon across healthcare, the public sector and education. His goal: to build more connection, trust and meaning in our organizations.

An intrapreneurship project born at Airbus
Listen Leon started as an intrapreneurship project at Airbus, before becoming a company of its own dedicated to recognition at work. More than 500,000 thank-you messages have since been exchanged, at Airbus, in hospitals and soon in town halls.
